With many people asking to see pictures and receive information about their property in Arizona, Dennis and Marti contacted TechCom Imagineering to design a web site to aid them in these inquiries. "Recently I contacted Robb Anderson of TechCom Imagineering to request that his company build a website for a rental property that I own in Surprise, Arizona. After a couple of meetings with Robb, and an exchange of idea's, the website was up and running. This was an experiment on my part as I did not know if the newly established website would help me be more efficient in my efforts to rent the property. However my concerns were soon answered when within a few days of establishing the site, I received a phone call from a person in Cape Cod, Massachusetts who had visited my website. He explained that he had seen my website and was ready to rent my Arizona property for the month of February, 2006. I thought, "what could be easier."
Before the website was established, I had to spend what seemed like hours on the telephone and computer describing the property and sending by email, photo's to each prospective renter. I am sold on having a website and grateful to TechCom Imagineering for doing such a terrific job on the website. I am a believer." Dennis Berry
