CO Brad Schultz (Center City) noted a very erratic set of vehicle tracks on road. A short time later the officer encountered a vehicle stopped in the middle of the road. As the officer approached the vehicle, the driver got out, nearly falling into the ditch. Officer noted a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on the driver’s breath.
