There are two things about Rebecca that are a constant. First, she is addicted to fly-fishing… irrefutably, undeniably, should probably find a 12 step program, addicted. A confession Rebecca is willing to publicly admit any day. Second, she is never without pen and paper taking notes, jotting down thoughts and capturing her fly fishing experiences.
When Rebecca is not fly fishing, she can be found hunting, hiking and camping throughout Idaho’s beautiful landscapes or traveling beyond the borders to explore new opportunities. Montana holds a special place in her heart as the most meaningful and wonderful fly fishing that can be found, but she is open to the pursuit of fish and game in any state. (Rebecca states, "Is it just me or did that whole paragraph read like an E-harmony profile–yikes?")
Rebecca grew up camping, fishing, hunting as a way of life. She proudly admits that she is not a ‘conversion’ or someone who married into the outdoor ways. According to her parents, Rebecca had her first treble hook embedded in her forehead when she was 6 weeks old (thank you Dad) and the way she sees it, that was simply a christening, a welcome to the club moment.
Rebecca's website, Outdooress, is another means for her to capture her experiences via the written word with a side of sharing, campfire style.
