1 cup flaked cooked trout
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon pepper
30 Melba toast rounds
In a small bowl, mix fish, cheese, celery, sour cream, onion and pepper. Mound about 1 1/2 teaspoons of mixture on each cracker. Place the crackers on a baking sheet.

Set oven to broil at 550 degrees. Broil 6 inches from heat until the cheese melts, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes.
