As the newly appointed minister of fun in the trout whisperer's cabinet, I hearby declare July 26-27 to be take-a-voter-fishing weekend. Fishing dock platform to be duly discussed, explained and utilized. Lines are already forming, and boatloads of volunteers arriving, as seen below.
