My buddies and I have fished the big pond three times without success.

The Aquaview shows fish but they sure have lockjaw. Talking to some others and they said they are picking up a couple fish around 9:00 am on the north end. All and all the reports have not been encouraging.

What's the deal? Anybody marking or getting on fish?

The word is that the walleye bite has been hard on mille lacs but some are getting eater between rocks and muck in 20+ feet of water.

I have done well fishing the south end fishing perch during the day and moving to the rocks for the sun up and sun down times jigging a flash lure ( glow!! ) with a fat head minnow head and having a plain minnow on a hook rig set up also.
