Would you let the veterans out there know that the Fargo V.A. is (with some local sportsmans orgs.) putting on a fishing derby on the 21st of this month. They don't need a thing, rods provided, no fishing license required ( the V.A. takes care of that with the dnr for the day) Small prizes, free eats, good time. This will be in or around Detroit Lakes area, free transport from the Fargo V.A hospital, and back when it's done, provided by the Fargo YMCA. Hey vets...,
I forgot to say we will not freeze our butts off, shelters provided. Let's get together and have a little fun. The last one was a lot of fun, and the biggest walleye is 75$, I believe. (no Walleye ever caught.)
Please come out and get together with other Vets.
You do not have to be a combat vet to be in this thing, but some of us are.
