Haven't heard from you after the first weekend.
My neighbor just got back from his weekend in Northwestern Minnesota.
They didn't see anything opening morning. So, that evening they decided to sit together in the double wide stand and just shoot the breeze. They were in stand for 15 minutes when the first eight pointer came out. Did you hear me mention first eight pointer.
That one went down and within 3 minutes a second eight pointer arrives and sniffs the first one. Boom!
Within the next 10 minutes four does arrive to see what all the commotion was about.
Six deer within 20 minutes.
They didn't even hunt Sunday.
Not bad for an evenings work - heh?
That story was worth me helping them clean deer on Sunday evening.
