Well I use scum frog lures like theres no tomorrow, and 2 years ago I landed a 6.5 pound large mouth. She was in 2 feet of water, I didn't know how big it was until I put my fist inside it's mouth when I reached down though the weeds in the net. My heart was pounding so hard. I have a picture of it on my computer and I plan on posting it here. That weekend was one of the best bass fishing I've ever done. If I was fishing with the pro's they would have all been going home broke. LOL We sat at that spot for about 5 hours and didn't catch any thing under 2.5 pounds. Well after that I started to find fishing sites like this one on-line and needed a name so that's how I came up with it. Mybe some day I'll tell you all what lake it is.
