HI All--Just found this forum and it looks like a great spot to get all kinds of info--Thanks Maybe some of you could help me out with some vacation plans. What we need: Comfortable, clean cabin, or efficiency on a beautiful lake, reasonable, budget rates 2 people. Doesn't have to be secluded, but its nice to be on a lake that isn't crowded. We like our space and love nature Easy to fish lake--we aren't hard core fisherpeople, just love to catch fish--any kind. Scenic Have to have loons--not vacation without loons Additional things to do--reasonable eats close by, maybe I friendly pub, casino is fun..... We have stayed in Ely and like the area, but open to any suggestions! Thanks for any help you can give us!! Enjoy the summer. Sportsmom and Dad

Not sure how much of a help this tip might be but you could research Google for some restaurant reviews and see if there are any good affordable five star ones in the area of where you'll be at.
