Hi - I was wondering if you could suggest some rivers in the Clare county area for trout fishing? We have been going to Mio to fish the Au Sable for the last 15 years for the trout opener. Last fall, we bought a place in Harrison, Clare Co and are unfamiliar with where to trout fish on a river in that area. We have done drive bys and seen the Clam River and the Muskegon River as possibilities, but as our time is very short, we want to make the best of it. I can't seem to find any info on those rivers with regards to fishing. This will also be our first year of fly fishing.  We do plan to still make the Saturday opener in Mio, but looking to spend Sunday in northern Clare.... Any help would be most appreciated!!
