Walleyes best on Bemidji and Plantagenet at sunrise and sunset in 20 feet of water. Try a fathead or shiner on a glow jig or rattle spoon. Panfish biting on smaller area lakes. Some perch starting to bite on Winnie. Good perch action reported on Bemidji.
