Walleyes are most active along the 12- to 18-foot shoreline breaks. Work the east shore and south side of Allen’s Bay on Cass Lake as well as the river mouths of Lake Andrusia with a jig and shiner minnow. You’ll find perch in the four to six foot reed patches on Cass. Crappie action has been very good in 18 to 20 feet of water on Kitchi Lake.
