Whether it's Minnesota's famous Walleye (my specialty), acrobatic Smallmouth or Largemouth Bass, Panfish, hard hitting Northern Pike or monster Muskies--it's all up to you. A classic Minnesota shore lunch is also available! I have been a professional Minnesota fishing guide for almost 20 years. My extensive guiding time on the water takes me to some of the best fishing areas throughout the state. Some of my favorite areas include Mille Lacs Lake, Otter Tail Lake, Leech Lake, Gull Lake, Lake Koronis, Clearwater Lake, Alexandria area lakes, and the Richmond Chain of Lakes. I can also arrange trips to Lake Of The Woods or Rainy Lake!
Throughout my guiding career I have also worked as an instructional fishing guide for In-Fisherman Magazine's Camp Fish, co-hosted and produced the "Outdoors Minnesota" TV Series, provided an extensive seminar series to many community education groups, published a sportsman's outdoor newspaper, excelled in many fishing tournaments, and of course became an extremely versatile angler in the process.

Amenities: My guide service includes the boat, fishing rods, reels, tackle, bait, plenty of fishing tips, life preservers, rain gear, and photos of your catch. After the trip, I will clean your fish for you and package the fresh fillets for the trip home. Shore Lunches are also available. If you would like, I can also suggest lodging options for your trip.
The boat:
The boat I use is perhaps the most roomy and versatile fishing machine on the market today. The boat is a 21' Lund Pro-V powered by a reliable 125 h.p. Mercury tiller drive outboard. The boat is loaded with all of the latest equipment such as 2 G.P.S. navigation units loaded with lakemaster chips, a marine band radio for your safety, a cellular phone to keep in touch, multiple fish locators and graphs, dual trolling motors, and of course--6 swivel air-ride adjustable seats for your comfort. Everybody that has fished in the boat has loved it!
Ice Fishing House Rentals: Minnesota Fishing Guide Service also rents fish houses! The rental areas include Brainerd / Nisswa, Otter tail / Fergus Falls, Mille Lacs, and the St. Cloud metro. The fish houses range in size from 7.5 x 12 to 8 x 16. The fish houses are on wheels and get moved on a regular basis to keep you on the fish. Fish houses cost $59 per day per person with 3 or more people. The ice fishing packages include the full use of the heated ice house, transportation to and from the house (if needed), and live bait.
Aqua Views (under water cameras) and Vexilars (fish finders) can also be rented for $25 per day. Call 320-291-0708 to reserve your house or if you are interested in a fully guided day trip. Fully guided day trips are $150 per person. I also have 5x8 and 6x8 portable clam houses with the Trap Link system fwhich rent for $80 per day. $80 Per day includes the portable house, live bait, and a heater.
